Meet Our CEO: Dr. Pamela Ibeto

Dr. Pamela Ibeto is the Chief Executive Officer of PAC3 Dentistry. She is a native of Charlotte, North Carolina. Dr. Pamela Ibeto has been a true trailblazer in her educational pursuits. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Elizabeth City State University, earned her Master of Biomedical Sciences from Barry University in Miami, FL and received her Doctor of Dental Surgery from Howard University College of Dentistry in Washington, DC.

Pamela did not only feel that didactic training was enough. During her tenure at Howard University, she was selected as a Colgate Scholar and won the American Association for Women In Dentistry Award for community Service, an award granted to the female dental student that has completed the highest amount of community service hours.

Pamela has always been passionate about her service in underserved communities. Outside of her ongoing volunteer work while in Washington, DC she was also selected to participate in an externship with RAM (Remote Area Medical Mission) located in Harrisonburg, Virginia; a rural, underserved community that has a large access to dental care issue. She has also completed dental mission trips in third world countries to include Jamaica and Nigeria.

After graduating with her Doctorate, Pamela furthered her dental training by matching with her top residency selection of University of Texas Health and Science Center Houston. It was during this time that she learned about how lack of dental care can exacerbate pre-existing health conditions. It touched her in such a way that she chose to complete a research poster presentation at the Star of the South Dental Research Competition entitled “Analgesics for the Heart, Kidney and Liver Patient” of which she won a first-place award in the general dentistry category.

Dr. Queenate Ibeto serves as Chief Operating Officer of PAC3 Dentistry. She is also a native of Charlotte, North Carolina. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biology from North Carolina Central University and earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery from Howard University College of Dentistry in Washington, DC.

Dr. Queenate Ibeto is unique in that Dentistry is her second career. After graduating from NCCU Queenate began a career as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative for Pfizer Pharmaceutical Company. This experience greatly exposed her to a plethora of different healthcare professionals where she learned that access to healthcare in this country was much greater than she could have imagined. Her time with Pfizer allowed her to developed solid business sales skills and participate in numerous leadership training opportunities.

Those leadership training experiences where very beneficial while in dental school. Queenate was elected as the Howard University College of Dentistry Student Council President during her fourth year and because of her unwavering dedication to the HUCD students was selected to serve as the Student Commencement Speaker at the Howard University commencement exercises that featured the 43rd President of the United States of America, President Barack Obama.

Upon completion of dental school Queenate matched with her top choice of General Practice Residency in her hometown of Charlotte. She completed her residency at Carolina’s Healthcare System (a level 4 trauma hospital) now known as Atrium Health. Queenate has participated as a doctor volunteer at MOM Clinics in North Carolina and has international experience completing mission trips in Tanzania, Zanzibar and Nigeria.
